Our Signature Service, applicable to UK & Destination Weddings. In essence, if it’s wedding related, we can accomplish it!
No matter where you reside or where you wish to get married, we will provide our discreet and exemplary wedding planning services to you and your families. Following consultation, you’ll benefit from expert advice and guidance on contemporary and creative styles, ideas and trends, plus a host of bespoke design concepts created around your vision.
Only the finest venues and suppliers will be sourced, all your meetings, appointments and viewings arranged and contracts and fees firmly negotiated. With unrestricted communications and regular updates, we act as your main point of contact for all venues and suppliers, ensuring every detail is carefully and effectively addressed, managed and taken care of.
Other stand-out elements include our stress-free problem solving solutions with extensive, tried-and-tested back up plans, should the need arise. Whilst our uniquely customised design & planning timelines, itineraries and schedules will help transform your wedding and provide you and your guests with a first-class wedding experience.

Fees: Our Full Design & Management service is charged at 10–15% of your overall wedding budget, depending on the complexity of your event.
Venue Search & Selection
Following a complimentary consultation to understand your vision we will get to work identifying a wide selection of venues that meet and exceed your requirements and confirm their availability.
From there, we shortlist the best options for your review, provide independent analysis of each venue and dispatch relevant brochures for your inspection. Preferred wedding dates are also provisionally secured on your behalf.
All viewings and appointments are organised and we can attend if required.
Naturally, we can handle all contract negotiations and will secure the very best terms for you.
We guarantee we will find you the most perfect venue for your wedding, often within 5-7 days! So, this time next week and your venue could already be secured!!
Fees: Our Standard Venue Search service is £700.00 and suits the needs of most clients. An Enhanced Venue Search is also availabe, POA and applicable to more complex searches requiring additional time and expertise to source the ideal property.
1, 2, Or 3 Months To Go
Every conceivable aspect of managing and coordinating the last one, two, or three months of your wedding can be taken care of.
Commencing with a consultation, we will conduct an extensive review and analyis of all your wedding developments to date. Any current or potential problem areas will be identified and effectively and efficiently dealt with.
We will draw up a host of relevant creative ideas and concepts based upon your vision that will enhance your total wedding experience. We will also provide you with all the friendly, professional support and guidance you require in the run up to the Big Day.
You’ll benefit from unlimited communication, a bespoke planning timeline and comprehensive wedding day itinerary. Of course, we assume responsibility as the main point of contact for your venues and suppliers and strive to deal with any subsequent issues that arise before you even know they exist!

Our Up To & On The Day Coordination service includes some professional help and guidance prior to the Big Day. Standard options include:

We provide telephone, email, and video messaging support and assist in drawing up the Wedding Day itinerary or reviewing and assessing it if already prepared.
We review all venue and supplier contracts, act as the first point of contact for your venues and suppliers, and offer troubleshooting guidance to identify and resolve any areas of potential concern.
Venue and supplier management and coordination are fully handled, culminating in professional On-The-Day Coordination with one dedicated coordinator for six hours.

Partial Planning

We provide an extensive consultation, with follow-up sessions and friendly, professional support as needed, along with up-to-date advice on the latest styles and trends. We present creative designs based on your requirements and bring your chosen concepts to life, supported by telephone, email, and video communication and a detailed wedding planning timeline with regular progress updates. Acting as your main point of contact, we assist with venue and supplier search and selection, contract negotiations, meetings, and full management and coordination of all suppliers.
On the wedding day, we draw up the schedule, coordinate all suppliers, guide budget management, and oversee payments. Additional services include guest list management, travel and concierge support, planning of associated events, honeymoon and hen/stag parties, gift list setup, wedding website management, and advice on legal requirements, etiquette, and traditions. Troubleshooting is handled discreetly, commissions are passed to you, and our involvement ensures a heightened level of service from all venues and suppliers.

FEES
Our Full Design & Management fees are between 10-15% of your total wedding budget. The precise figure depends upon the complexity of the wedding.
Our venue search service comprises:
- A complimentary venue consultation
- Identification of dozens of venues that match your requirements before confirming their availability
- Short listing a selection of the best venues for your review, consideration and inspection

FEES
Our Standard Venue Search fulfils the needs of the vast majority of clients. The fee is £700.00.
Whilst our Enhanced Venue Search fee is POA – applicable if you happen to have an unusually complicated brief and we need to work some additional magic in order to find and secure the perfect property for you.
